As a Fractional Product Designer, you will work at the intersection of software, hardware, and clinical care, collaborating closely with the Product Owner and developers to translate clinical needs into a seamless user experience. You will own the creation of actionable designs for our web dashboard and mobile app, ensuring the platform is intuitive and accessible for patients, clinicians, and other users.
Please note: We are seeking an individual freelancer/contractor for this role, not a design agency. We are looking for a design partner, not an order-taker. You are expected to bring a strong point of view, challenge assumptions when necessary, and provide expert recommendations that balance user needs with technical and business constraints.
This role is built for a practitioner who thrives in a Build-Measure-Learn environment. We value speed to market and results over rigid, long-form discovery phases. You will contribute to the product’s direction while focusing your expertise on building, shipping, and iterating on the foundational system of a therapeutic platform from the ground up.
