Dom has spent 15+ years embedded inside software organizations as a Fractional COO and operational leader. He doesn't hand you a deck and leave. He stays until the engine runs.

His work sits at the intersection of people, process, and product delivery. Where most leaders can articulate the what, Dom's job is to build the how: the hiring rhythms, the operational cadence, the decision-making structures that let a team execute without constant founder intervention. He has an unusual ability to see who belongs where, which role fits which person, which seat is holding the organization back, and to build around it.

ForceBuilders exists partly because Dom watched too many great products die not from bad ideas, but from organizations that were never built to carry them. He co-founded it to fix that at the root.
